Balya, meaning strength, contains powerful adaptogenic herbs traditionally used to strengthen the immune system and enhance concentration, memory, physical and mental performance, stamina and endurance.

Directions: Add 1tsp to 1/2 a cup of milk & 1/2 cup of filtered water with 4 dried dates, heat and reduce to 3/4 cup, sieve & serve. Alternatively, steep 1 tsp in a cup of hot water & drink as a tea.
