AYURVEDA'S APPROACH TO HEALTHCARE
The objective of Ayurvedic consultation is to identify and remove the causative factors that lead to imbalance enabling you to experience a complete balance between mind, body, and soul.
Treatment programs are designed to address signs and symptoms while restoring proper physiological and mental functions.
Restorative therapies are also incorporated into treatment plans to strengthen damaged tissue and prevent the re-occurrence of imbalance or disease.
- Improved energy and vitality
- Learn to balance mind, hormones, and emotional turbulence
- Improve the function of the digestive and metabolic system
- Improve sleep and reduce the harmful effects of stress
- Address chronic health issues that impair the proper function of mind and body
HOW DOES AYURVEDA ACHIEVE THIS?
By identifying the exact pathways of disease, the appropriate treatment plan can be developed.
All programs are developed according to your individual mind-body constitution (genetic predisposition) to ensure effective treatments. Other factors such as present state of health, state of mind, family history, age, digestive functions, metabolic strength, season, climate, and geographical location are taken into consideration to develop a complete understanding of treatment principles required for the most effective outcome.
Treatment programs may include the appropriate use of nutrition and lifestyle routine, herbal/mineral and nutritional medicines, physical therapies, yoga, meditation, stress management techniques, massage, physical therapies as well as detoxification and rejuvenation therapies.
